Leigh has always had a deep connection with music which manifested from an early age. Although born with an irrepressible passion for the drums, circumstances prevented him starting until age 15 when he was able to form a band to represent his high school at the local Rock Challenge. He later studied music and performed in bands at college and other special events.
Life eventually took Leigh to Canberra, where for the first time he had the freedom to focus on a professional part time music career. He formed and played in two quality focused covers bands over seven years, performing on the Canberra live music circuit as well as playing corporate and wedding gigs.
Predominantly an 80’s, 90’s and noughties era technical rock drummer with a touch of funk and disco, Leigh is now looking forward to rocking the Sydney scene.
